went for a hike with a couple of friends today at a trail called the dragon's back, figuring we'd take advantage of the semi-clear/dry weekend in between 2 typhoons to HK (one that left Friday and another heading in Monday). did my skips after waking up, had a good breakfast and then hiking for a couple of hours.
weigh-in #'s this week went up slightly from last, but i am feeling stronger and more in shape than ever:
weight: 67.9kg
body fat: 18.3%
