WOW, not long to go. we are at day 75!!!
felt COMPLETELY lethargic this morning when i started my jumps. 8 mins in, still hadn't caught much of a rhythm and was still tripping up quite a bit. and just when i was thinking to wrap up early and save it for a second set in the afternoon, i found a rhythm. and prob the best skipping set i've had so far! happened to semi-count through it, and think i skipped over 600 times without missing a beat!!
very satisfying feeling, and so like all the exercises these days, tough to get started, but perseverance really pays off and feeling great at the end :) here's to finishing strong the last 2 weeks!
