despite waking up to an upset stomach this AM and still fighting off a possible cold, i feel GREAT after doing today's exercises. towards the end of the list, i just felt very strong and even though i hit fails on several of the routines, it still felt like a strong burn to fail.
having as much as we want veggies now in the morning and lunch def helps, if nothing else just on a psychological level. the add'l protein as well at lunch will go a long way. i made a quarter pack of pasta the other day and it's still amazing how "far" you can get with one serving these days when you are only having 80 gram servings :) still, nice to feel a little full from add'l veggies and protein, although i think that already is overdoing it. trying to learn that fine, subtle place called "no longer hungry" rather than "i'm full" state, something us americanos prob have never been trained to do!
all part of the learning process, i suppose, as we evolve our PCP selves...
