Day 71: and down the stretch they come.

we are officially now UNDER 20 days left in the program, YAY!!!

diet: so nice to have all you can eat veggies for breakfast, lunch and dinner!!  being able to eat protein for dins too, means we can finally go out with friends for dinners and actually order something again!!   :)    very pleased and def seems like no more worries on PCP about being hungry~

exercises: dunno why, but that add'l 3 mins of skipping def. annoys me a bit--but i guess it gives us more time to find our rhythms in skipping. i liked 5sets x failure on DaVinci's today. felt great to do! almost afraid to look at how much harder the rest of the exercise lists look for the week.

  1. Welcome to the home stretch! Keep it up. Cool to see you climb, hoping to dust off my shoes soon and try some bouldering. Saw a guy on 60 minutes who does these crazy free-solos and the first thing I thought was "dude's got a pcp body". Inspiring!

    Its all very tempting out there... we all must focus. I am starting to think of this as the end of the monitored stretch. Need to get a gameplan together for day 92 ... 91 of course will be a complete right off...

  3. I can't believe you guys are on Day 72 already. as discussed, you guys are kicking ass. Keep looking at those pictures, keep pushing each other, and keep working hard. You guys look amazing. FINISH STRONG!
