somehow, the thrill of the friday night lights is just not the same when 1. you're focused on PCP and 2. you're not working anyway! haha :)
quiet one for me tonight, but healthy diet, healthy exercise, healthy sleep = "how-can-you-miss" healthy lifestyle, yeah? i'm not even really a big drinker by any means, but the no alcohol part of this experience has really made me appreciate how different it can be socially in certain settings when one doesn't drink. i never used to really understand why those persons often ducked out for an "early night" before midnite, esp b/c the one or two times i didn't drink, i thought: no big deal.
but now, after almost 4 weeks of no drinking and still going out fairly regularly, i can def sympathize with my fellow non-drinkers. i sometimes almost want to just pick up a cigarette (which i don't normally do) just have something else to do in these social settings~~ doesn't help that HK nightlife is pretty dominated by the bar/lounge/club party scene, but for now, i think it's fine and worth the sacrifice and experiment, for peak conditioning!
