exercises: JUST on the cusp of getting double skips for the jump-roping i think. def feeling comfortable with skipping faster, and doing alternating feet, as well as straddles. still trip up when i try the double skip--think i need to jump higher?!
legs def burned today on the 2 exercises.
surprised that i was able to do the chest dips OK.
V sit-ups unf still look like sloppy U sit-ups~
diet: had shabu shabu for lunch, which was a nice find. otherwise, not hungry so guess that's the other victory to be found today.
