hello again from HKers. bit late doing the exercises today but actually pleasantly surprised at how quickly i got thru the 1100 skips, esp. after a bit of an off day yesterday. planks were OK too, but i still can't do more than a set of pull-ups w/o needing to use my leg (resting on a chair underneath) to help a bit.
surprisingly difficult were the new shoulder press exercises. def struggled on the last set there.
