first day of new diet was a bit of a fail, due to china travel. since then, been doing OK w/ the adjustments. don't feel too hungry and enjoying the more noticeable changes physically already from the smaller dinners.
exercises today almost seemed like "a break" after the first 2 intense days. still, the legs and the abs were def. feeling it! think i MIGHT have managed a couple of double-jump skips inadvertently but every time i intensionally tried to do them resulted in a trip-up~ will come soon enough i'm sure.
