well, should clarify to specifically say that traveling in China is not the best place for PCP~~~ so much oil in the food overall and very difficult sometimes to get the service there to cater to something as simple as a no-soy, no-MSG, no-sauce request.
i'm sure when i go home to SF next month, being there while on PCP will be more like a dream come true. HK is still a bit of a struggle, but once committed, it's kinda cool finding out about all the sprouting organic cafes and food shops in local popular neighborhoods. product choice still sadly leaves much to be desired but seems to be moving in the right direction anyway.
