diet: overall, no probs today, until i got to dins. after 1 week of italian only cuisine while traveling last week, i was craving the chinese food, and this time going to a special BBQ pork rice place in Wanchai, i just couldn't hold off. ended up having about 3/4 of a full portion, so slightly over the allocated amount~~
exercise: felt strong w/ all the reps today so decided to challenge myself to an extra set of leg lifts. all of a sudden by the 3rd lift in the 4th set, the strength dissapated so i was left to eeke out painfully the last 7. still got it done and finished off with a few laps in the pool to stretch out.
over the hump for week one... pats on fellow PCPers' backs!!
