Day Fifteen: no evening carbs

diet: got a bit of a late start today but made sure to get all 3 meals and snacks in so as not to get hungry. almost midnight and feeling fine.

exercises: managed to get thru the jump-roping rather efficiently, def was struggling w/ the push-ups as well as the da-vinci's.  on the other hand, felt quite strong doing the thumb-up curls.

loaded week 3 start photos in flikr and created a set of week-to-week photos there. went from 77kgs to 74 kgs, which is nice--prob much of it water loss more than anything :)
