Day Six: slowly but surely...

diet: had more food for dim sum lunch than i maybe should've.  call it 65-70% instead of half portions. didn't eat brekkie though so prob evened out i'm guessing.  dinner: tonkatsu!  figured it would be one of last proper meals til we add more restrictions so went halfies w/ some friends (didn't go over well w/ Saboten tonkatsu chain management WRT their free rice and cabbage refills unf, but that's a diff story)

exercise: was feeling it on the last set of push-ups as well as the last set up leg lifts. swam a few laps aftewards again to cool down and stretch out.

finally, weighed myself and am at 76kgs!!  hardly the end goal but nice to know that w/in the first 5 days of the program, headed slowly but surely in the right direction (albeit, i used a different scale than the one i started on a few days ago, so not sure how legit the minus 1.5kgs really is~ :)

getting ready to again hit the town and all its watering bars tonight!
