happy again that we can eat what we want, just in half sized portions. think the hunger has been more psychological really than anything else at this point.
diet: half portions no probs really. did feel bit light and hungrier thru the day, but all good. still happy to not drink alcohol for a while.
exercise: managed to get 2 sets of 50 each for the jump-roping in w/o tripping up, so that was an improvement already from yest. still, knees felt a little heavy/tired afterwards so think i need to find a better surface to jump on. last set of leg lifts were tougher than expected.
thought i'd be starting first month of program in SF but still actually in HK for this month so have to start shopping for some of the materials still needed...
