enjoyed an early Sunday morning skipping session. thanks to friend/jumper extraordinaire Kathy's tutelage, learned and successfully did the cross-over for the first time!!
thanks to fellow PCP-er Ken for taking the video and setting to music (as we now know, it's ALL about the inspirational music when skipping rope :)
