Day 38: tripping ropes...

had an unusually bad day of skipping, or rather tripping, today. prob averaged about a trip every 13-14 skips!!  and of course, the more frustrated you get, the more you trip up... the self-fulfilling prophesy from PCP-exercise-routine hell!!

ok, wasn't THAT bad.  but def felt out of sorts, starting from the beginning and that ended up making everything else take much longer than usual.  anyway, all done for now--rest up for tomorrow!

  1. Hey sam, I know what you mean about the skipping, some days I rock and then the next it all goes to pot and the more you get angry, the worse they get. I'm hoping to get some consistency...eventually.

    As for my stats, I get them done at the gym, for free, once a month. They're useful in order to monitor my progress but I'm more interested in changing my mindset (as Patrick keeps reminding us!) I'm hoping that if i can get that right, then the rest of it will fall into place - loss of gut, six pack and stamina like Lance Armstrong hahah
