Day 36: weekly numbers

to start this week, not as impressive a drop in weight and seems like same body fat % from last week:



weight:       70.1kgs
body fat %:   20.6% 

still, feeling good and strong overall.  monday workouts always a bit sluggish anyway. couldn't get very low on these new pistol squats unf, and def suffered through the bicycle abs and planks.  pull-ups are still not impressive either.

diet overall going well. prep time a lot easier now that dinners are smaller.

waiting (and WORKING!) for that visceral fat to start saying its farewell...

  1. Dude looking good. Don't worry if the #'s don't stay on a linear path downwards all the time, keep doing what you're doing and the fat will melt off.
