Day 42: back on track: the weekly weigh-in

despite one faltering last night at the movies, things still on track.

after the cinema last night, got home w/ a bit of the guilty feeling so finally tried the 8 min abs workout that Patrick suggested to us. excellent, concentrated and best-of-all, easy to do! def gonna add this into my routine in the evenings. this morning, got up early and completed my skips before 8:30am on the Sunday (1,500 now--what a nice long way we've come, having started at 250 skips just 41 days ago!).  healthy day of eating.

and the #'s for the week:
body weight:    70.0kgs
body fat %:        19.9%

first time i've seen the body fat go below 20%--just~    not even half way thru yet though, so plenty more to do--let's go get 'em!

  1. Dude, great work on getting that body fat down, that's the key for sure. And don't worry about that blip at the cinema. By the sounds of it, everybody has had a little lapse this week. Must be something about hitting the 'valley'. But it sounds as if you're back on the wagon so no big deal whatsoever. I'm getting lots of inspiration from you, so keep it up....for my sake!!
